We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Danielle Leonard to our practice! Married to Dr. Hans since 2021, the Leonards are proud members of the Hawkeye family, having both earned their degrees from the University of Iowa.

Originally from Des Moines, Dr. Danielle graduated from Lincoln High School and set her sights on dentistry at just 10 years old—a dream she pursued with determination. After shadowing her childhood dentist during high school, she returned to the area after completing her dental education. With years of experience as a general dentist, Dr. Danielle has dedicated the last decade to specializing in the care of children and adolescents. She loves listening to her young patients’ stories and encouraging their aspirations.

As a mother of two, Dr. Danielle is passionate about supporting special needs. Her son, Spencer, recently graduated from Grandview University and is eager to explore opportunities in voice acting or radio, proudly representing the autism community. Her daughter, Sydney, is a senior studying exercise science at the University of Iowa—Go Hawks!

Dr. Danielle is excited to join the All Smiles Pediatric Dental team and looks forward to providing exceptional care for your children and young adults!

Randall Wing, DDS

About:

A Midwesterner at heart, Dr. Randall Wing grew up in Michigan and completed all of his dental training at the University of Michigan, including a Master’s degree focused on dental research.

He spent over 30 years practicing pediatric dentistry on the East Coast, building a career centered on caring for children and supporting families. After closing his solo practice, Dr. Wing chose to continue sharing his specialty experience by working with practices that value his expertise and approach to care. What he loves most about working with children is their honesty, innocence, and naturally happy-go-lucky spirit. He finds joy in helping young patients feel comfortable and making their dental visits a positive experience.

Dr. Wing raised three sons who are now grown and building their own families and careers. Outside of dentistry, he values family, connection, and the simple joys of everyday life. Since joining the All Smiles team in December of 2025, Dr. Wing has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the staff and patients and looks forward to the journey ahead.
